1 cup milk+ 2 teaspoonhoney+ 2 banana+ with 1 TBS natural peanut butter
LUNCH:
2 cups rice+ 2 whole wheat roti and vegetable
1 banana
AFTERNOON SNACK:
1 cup cottage cheese+ sprouts
1 TBS honey
DINNER:
200 gm moong daal cooked
1 large sweet potato
1 cup skim milk
AFTER DINNER SNACK:
1 cup milk + 1 banana+ 2 tbsp honey
