This 3 day diet plan is very strict only chosen one foods are added in this diet, the strictness of this diet stones its name "The Military Diet".
This three-day diet is based on solid metabolism-boosting science and followers report losing 10 lbs. or more in a week.
I have seen many diet peoples get confused between long list, other diets are so complicated and lengthy these kind of diets makes people makes bore. But military diet is not like others. The three day military diet is short,easy and effective.
Sample 3 Days Military Diet Plan!!!
Each of the three meals of the three days is clearly laid out making this one of the most straight forward diets to follow. If you’re vegan or vegetarian, you’ll already know how to substitute out the protein or dairy elements of the diet.
Day 1 – Breakfast:1/2 Grapefruit
1 Slice of Toast – preferably wholegrain
2 Tablespoons of Peanut Butter
1 cup Coffee or Tea (with caffeine)
Lunch:1/2 Cup of Tuna or lean protein substitute
1 cup Coffee or Tea (with caffeine)
Dinner:3 ounces of any type of meat or protein substitute
1 cup of vanilla ice cream (coconut milk ice cream is awesome!)
Lunch :1 cup of cottage cheese
Dinner :2 hot dogs (without bun)
1/2 cup of vanilla ice cream
Day 3 – Breakfast:5 saltine crackers
1 slice of cheddar cheese
Lunch:1 hard boiled egg (or cooked however you like)
1 cup of vanilla ice cream
Eat what you like, but keep it to a maximum of 1500 calories a day. Over 80% of people misjudge how many calories they eat, so if you’re serious about getting skinny, you’ll keep a journal.

Beyond The Limit :
Military diet for 3 days will work some on your body, however if want to go beyond the limits you can go further by adding 4 more days to this diet,and make it a seven days diet.
