Arnold Schwarzenegger is the most famous bodybuilder of all time. Broad chest wide shoulders, pumped up biceps were the notation of Arnold.Partly this is because during his Olympia reign his two best body parts were biceps and pecs, and these are the two tank top showboats, the muscles that everyone associates with a bodybuilder’s physique. His chest in particular is widely considered the best ever.

What Arnold Says About His Chest Workout: "I start my chest workout with Barbell bench press following pyramid principle,starting my exercise from light weight and going to heavier fro six reps. After flat bench press i'll do barbell bench press on incilne bench to hit my upper chest. After that i go to dumbbell flys on flat bench to stretch out my pecs and hit the inner part. And finally i end my workout with dips to stretch out my and to get blood over there thesse dips also hit my lower pacs.
