Week 4 Plan
As soon You Wake Up(6:00 am):2 Glasses of methi seeds water(like weeks 1) + 5-8 almonds(with skin)
9:00 am:2 brown breads + 1 cup coffee(low sugar)
11:30 am:1 apple
1:30 pm:1 small plate of salad + 1 bowl dalia and vegetables(boiled with low salt)
5:00 pm:1 cup tea(low sugar) + 2 biscuits + roasted chana
7:30 pm:1 multi-grain roti + 1 bowl daal
8:30 pm:1 Pineapple

Things to remember When following this diet plan
- No salt after 7:30 pm
- Don't drink water just before or after meal(30 minutes before and 1 hour after gap should be maintained)
- Restrict mango and banana
- No rice
- No artificial juices
- 30 minutes exercise(aerobics)
- 20 minutes of pranayam
- Try to drink 3-4 cups green tea on regular intervals
